Inventory Procurement

• As private collectors we are observant of the First Sale Doctrine which provides that one who purchases a branded item has a right to resell that item in an unchanged state.  
• All of our fine writing instruments, accessories and watches are curated directly from each brand's boutique retail locations, from authorized dealers, or big box retailers.
• We will not broker collections on behalf of others, and do not accept trade-ins because it introduces uncertainty into our carefully controlled inventory.
• SedonaJewels records all serial numbers and retains all manifests proving origins. 
• Our procurement disciplines form this cornerstone of assurance - All of our offerings are certain to be genuine artifacts and are backed by our 100% refund authenticity guarantee.

Warranty Service

• SedonaJewels is not a service and repair center for any of the brands we carry. 
• Manufacturer, express or implied warranties are not made or assured to attach or convey. 
• RMAs for defects must be started within 7 days, please see details in our returns policy.

Authenticity Guarantee

• 100% refund will be credited if any fine pen or watch sold is found to not be an original. 
• Qualifying RMA must be accompanied with evidence of examination from an Authorized Dealer or Montblanc's 'COA' issuance division that matches the item serial number,  within 30 days.
