Inventory Procurement

• Fine writing instruments, accessories, leather goods & watches are curated directly from each manufacturer, or through authorized dealers.
• We hold Montblanc original invoices proving origins & authenticity. 
• We will not broker collections on behalf of others, and do not accept returns or trade-ins because it introduces uncertainty into our carefully controlled inventory.
• Our procurement disciplines form this cornerstone of assurance - All of our offerings are certain to be genuine artifacts and are backed by our 100% refund authenticity guarantee.

Warranty Service

• SedonaJewels is not a service and repair center for any of the brands we carry. 
• Manufacturer, express or implied warranties are not made or assured to attach or convey. 
• RMAs for defects must be started within 7 days, please see details in our returns policy.

Authenticity Guarantee

• Qualifying RMA must be accompanied with evidence of examination from an Authorized Dealer or Montblanc's 'COA' issuance division that matches the item serial number,  within 30 days.
